π About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Innovations Lead to spearhead our organization's technological transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving innovation across AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Cloud environments. This role will focus on identifying and executing high-impact, forward-looking strategies and leading cross-functional teams to success.
π§ Key Responsibilities

Provide visionary leadership for innovation initiatives in emerging technologies, including AI, ML, and Cloud solutions.

Translate strategic objectives into actionable innovation roadmaps and guide execution.

Research and evaluate cutting-edge technologies, trends, and opportunities for business transformation.

Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to prototype, pilot, and scale innovative ideas.

Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and thought leadership.

Advise executive leadership and stakeholders on technology strategy and innovation impact.

Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure a competitive edge and relevance in the market.

Oversee partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology vendors.
πΌ Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation leadership, or related roles.

Proven success in leading innovation initiatives within large and/or government-focused organizations.

Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and emerging technologies.

Strong experience building strategies aligned with long-term business goals.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.

Experience managing cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field (Master's preferred).

Must be able to attain and retain a Public Trust Clearance.
